Frequently Asked Questions

Our mission at I-WILL is to raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by immigrant women, both in their home countries and after immigrating to democratic nations. We also provide opportunities for them to engage actively in the community through advocacy and education.

IWILL is an established, registered, “nonprofit” organization, based in the United States. IWILL is founded by a volunteer group of grassroots activists who came together through the Woman Life Freedom movement and later joined by volunteers from other parts of the world. We are independent, do not belong to any particular political party or support any particular group of individuals for the future of Iran. We believe this should remain to be determined by the people of Iran through a fair, democratic process and election. Our focus is providing a platform for all women who have been victims of gender apartheid and patriarchy ,empowering them and rising awareness about their challenges.

IWILL supports women's rights through advocacy, support services, and community-building initiatives.
